ABSTRACT

Este estudo tem por objetivo avaliar a influência do tratamento térmico (TT) a seco pós-cura sobre as propriedades mecânicas e ópticas de resinas acrílicas ativadas quimicamente (Dencôr e Duralay) e resinas bisacrílicas (Protemp 4 e Primma Art). Os corpos de prova (cps) foram confeccionados nas dimensões de 12mm de diâmetro e 1mm de espessura em matriz de poliacetal. Após a confecção, as resinas foram divididas em grupos experimentais onde receberam TT, pelo período de 10 minutos, 70 C (TT70), a 100 C (TT100) ou a 130 C (TT130) e as pertencentes ao grupo controle foram mantidas a 24 C (CTL) pelo mesmo período. A diferença de cor (CIEDE2000 - E00) e o parâmetro de translucidez (PT) foram avaliados utilizando um espectrofotômetro. A resistência ao manchamento após imersão em água, vinho tinto e café durante 30 dias também foi avaliada por meio da E00. A avaliação de microdureza Knoop (KHN) foi realizada no microdurômetro e a análise da resistência à flexão biaxial (RFB) teve o auxílio da máquina de ensaio universal pelo método pistão sobre três esferas. O TT não teve influência sobre a RFB. O grupo TT130 produziu valores de KHN maiores que os demais grupos. Todos os TT acarretaram um aumento significativo no E00, com exceção do grupo TT70 da Dencôr e da Protemp. O TT na Dencôr resultou em aumento do PT, e para a Duralay e Protemp, uma redução do PT em TT100 e TT130. No geral, as resinas acrílicas apresentaram um aumento da estabilidade de cor ao serem submetidas ao TT. Para as resinas bisacrílicas, o TT não influenciou a resistência ao manchamento. O presente trabalho concluiu que os TTs produziram aumento na KHN (TT130) e não influenciaram a RFB. O TT e a imersão em corantes levaram a uma maior diferença de cor, todavia dentro do limite de aceitabilidade. Houve aumento pontual da resistência ao manchamento das resinas.

ABSTRACT

Objetivo: Este estudo avaliou as propriedades de polimento dos materiais de splint oclusal obtidos usando métodos de fabricação subtrativos e aditivos com os procedimentos de polimento laboratorial (LP) e polimento em consultório (CP). Material e Métodos: As amostras (N=180, n=60 para cada grupo) foram fabricadas usando um dos seguintes métodos: método de fabricação subtrativo (SMM) (M-PM Disc, Merz Dental GmbH), método de fabricação aditivo (AMM) (Freeprint Splint 2.0, DETAX GmbH & Co. KG) e o método de fabricação convencional (CMM) (Promolux HC, Merz Dental GmbH). Seguindo os procedimentos de LP e CP, a rugosidade da superfície dos espécimes foi medida usando um perfilômetro de superfície digital. Um espécime representativo foi selecionado de cada grupo, e uma imagem de microscópio eletrônico de varredura (SEM) foi obtida. Resultados: Tanto o método de fabricação quanto os procedimentos de polimento afetaram significativamente os resultados (P<0,01). Os termos de interação também foram significativos (P<0,001). Conclusão: Com ambos os métodos de polimento, a rugosidade superficial do grupo AMM foi a maior e a do grupo CMM a menor. Embora o procedimento CP tenha sido mais eficaz do que LP com ambos os métodos, a rugosidade da superfície ficou abaixo do limite de 0,2 µm após ambos os procedimentos de polimento testados (AU)


Objective: This study evaluated the polishing properties of the occlusal splint materials obtained using subtractive and additive manufacturing methods with the laboratory-type polishing (LP) and chairside-type polishing (CP) procedures. Material and Methods: Specimens (N=180, n=60 each group) were manufactured using one of the following methods: subtractive manufacturing method (SMM) (M-PM Disc, Merz Dental GmbH), additive manufacturing method (AMM) (Freeprint Splint 2.0, DETAX GmbH & Co. KG), and the conventional manufacturing method (CMM) (Promolux HC, Merz Dental GmbH). Following LP and CP procedures, surface roughness of the specimens was measured using a digital surface profilometer. One representative specimen was selected from each group, and a scanning electron microscope (SEM) image was made. Results: Both the manufacturing method and the polishing procedures significantly affected the results (P<0.01). Interaction terms were also significant (P<0.001). Conclusion: With both polishing methods, surface roughness of the AMM group was the highest and the CMM group the least. Although the CP procedure was more effective than LP with both methods, surface roughness was below the 0.2 µm threshold after both polishing procedures tested. (AU)

OBJECTIVE@#With the help of finite element analysis, to explore the effect of proximal humeral bone cement enhanced screw plate fixation on the stability of internal fixation of osteoporotic proximal humeral fracture.@*METHODS@#The digital model of unstable proximal humeral fracture with metaphyseal bone defect was made, and the finite element models of proximal humeral fracture bone cement enhanced screw plate fixation and common screw plate fixation were established respectively. The stress of cancellous bone around the screw, the overall stiffness, the maximum stress of the plate and the maximum stress of the screw were analyzed.@*RESULTS@#The maximum stresses of cancellous bone around 6 screws at the head of proximal humeral with bone cement enhanced screw plate fixation were 1.07 MPa for No.1 nail, 0.43 MPa for No.2 nail, 1.16 MPa for No.3 nail, 0.34 MPa for No.4 nail, 1.99 MPa for No.5 nail and 1.57 MPa for No.6 nail. These with common screw plate fixation were:2.68 MPa for No.1 nail, 0.67 MPa for No.2 nail, 4.37 MPa for No.3 nail, 0.75 MPa for No.4 nail, 3.30 MPa for No.5 nail and 2.47 MPa for No.6 nail. Overall stiffness of the two models is 448 N/mm for bone cement structure and 434 N/mm for common structure. The maximum stress of plate appears in the joint hole:701MPa for bone cement structure and 42 0MPa for common structure. The maximum stress of screws appeared at the tail end of No.4 nail:284 MPa for bone cement structure and 240.8 MPa for common structure.@*CONCLUSION@#Through finite element analysis, it is proved that the proximal humerus bone cement enhanced screw plate fixation of osteoporotic proximal humeral fracture can effectively reduce the stress of cancellous bone around the screw and enhance the initial stability after fracture operation, thus preventing from penetrating out and humeral head collapsing.

ABSTRACT

Aim: To assess the effect of different mechanical surface treatments on flexural strength of repaired denture base. Material and Methods: Sixty bar-shaped specimens of heat-polymerized acrylic resin were fabricated, and divided into six groups (n=10). All specimens, except the positive control group (group PC), were sectioned into halves to create a 1-mm clearance. A negative control group with no surface treatment (group NC) was also considered. Other groups underwent different surface treatments: group Laser; treated with erbium: yttrium-aluminum-garnet (Er:YAG) laser, group APA; airborne-particle abrasion (APA), group APA plus Laser; a combination of laser and APA, and group Bur; bur grinding. After measuring surface roughness (Ra) with a profilometer, all sectioned specimens were repaired by auto-polymerizing acrylic resin, and thermocycled afterward. Three-point bending test was performed by a universal testing machine. Data were statistically analyzed (α=0.05). Results: The mean surface roughness of all experimental groups were significantly higher than that of group NC (p<0.05). The mean flexural strength of all groups was significantly lower than that of group PC (p<0.05). Group B had significantly higher flexural strength than the other surface-treated groups (p<0.05). Group Laser had significantly higher flexural strength than groups APA (p=0.043) and APA plus Laser (p=0.023). No significant difference was found between groups APA and APA plus Laser (p=0.684). Conclusion: All surface treatments increased the surface roughness and flexural strength compared with the untreated group. The highest flexural strength was observed in specimens treated by bur grinding and then laser, however, it was still significantly lower than intact specimens.


Objetivo: Evaluar el efecto de diferentes tratamientos superficiales mecánicos sobre la resistencia a la flexión de la base de la prótesis reparada. Material y Métodos: Se fabricaron sesenta especímenes en forma de barra de resina acrílica termo-polimerizada y se dividieron en seis grupos (n=10). Todas las muestras, excepto el grupo de control positivo (grupo PC), se seccionaron en mitades para crear un espacio libre de 1 mm. También se consideró un grupo de control negativo sin tratamiento superficial (grupo NC). Otros grupos se sometieron a diferentes tratamientos superficiales: grupo Láser; tratados con láser de erbio: itrio-aluminio-granate (Er:YAG), grupo APA; abrasión por partículas en el aire (APA), grupo APA más láser; una combinación de láser y APA, y grupo Bur; molienda de fresas. Después de medir la rugosidad de la superficie (Ra) con un perfilómetro, todas las muestras seccionadas se repararon con resina acrílica de autopolimerización y se sometieron a termociclado. La prueba de flexión de tres puntos se realizó con una máquina de prueba universal. Los datos se analizaron estadísticamente (α=0,05). Resultados: La rugosidad superficial media de todos los grupos experimentales fue significativamente mayor que la del grupo NC (p<0,05). La resistencia media a la flexión de todos los grupos fue significativamente menor que la del grupo PC (p<0,05). El grupo B tenía una resistencia a la flexión significativamente mayor que los otros grupos tratados en la superficie (p<0,05). El grupo Láser tuvo una resistencia a la flexión significativamente mayor que los grupos APA (p=0,043) y APA más Láser (p=0,023). No se encontró diferencia significativa entre los grupos APA y APA más Láser (p=0,684). Conclusión: Todos los tratamientos superficiales aumentan la rugosidad de la superficie y la resistencia a la flexión en comparación con el grupo sin tratar. La resistencia a la flexión más alta se observó en las muestras tratadas con fresado y luego con láser; sin embargo, aún era significativamente más baja que las muestras intactas.

ABSTRACT

Abstract The aim of this in vitro study was to compare the long-term effect of overnight use of denture cleansers with different chemical compositions on the color stability of denture base polymers (DBPs). The four DBPs evaluated were PEEK (PK group), thermoinjection-molded polyamide (PA group), auto-polymerized polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) (AP group), and heat-polymerized resin PMMA (HP group). The cleaning agents used were Corega tablet (CT), Protefix tablet (PT), and 0.5% sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) solution (SH). Distilled water (DW) served as a control. Forty-eight disc-shaped specimens (10mm × 2mm) were prepared from each DBP and randomly immersed in the different storage media (n=12 in each group). Color measurements of the specimens before and after immersion in the denture cleansers were made using a spectrophotometer (VITA Easyshade V). The color changes were measured and recorded in L* a* b*. After 120 d, the CIEDE2000 formula was used to calculate color changes (ΔE00). For analysis of the data, a multivariate analysis of variance was used (p<0.05). The results of the statistical analysis revealed significant color change differences in the DBPs immersed in the various denture cleansers (p<0.05). Groups PA and PK showed the highest values for all solutions. AP-SH showed the highest ΔE00 value in group AP, no significant difference was found between other solutions. In group HP, there was no statistically significant difference between the average ΔE00 values of all solutions. Long-term daily use of the denture cleansers affected the color stability of all the DBPs, although the level of color change was acceptable. Laboratory and clinical studies on the color stability of PEEK are needed to confirm the results of this study.


Resumen El objetivo de este estudio in vitro fue comparar el efecto a largo plazo del uso nocturno de limpiadores de prótesis con diferentes composiciones químicas sobre la estabilidad del color de los polímeros base de prótesis (DBP). Los cuatro DBP evaluados fueron PEEK (grupo PK), poliamida moldeada por termoinyección (grupo PA), polimetilmetacrilato (PMMA) autopolimerizado (grupo AP) y resina PMMA termopolimerizada (grupo HP). Los agentes de limpieza utilizados fueron Corega (CT), Protefix (PT) y la solución de hipoclorito de sodio (NaOCl) al 0,5% (SH). El agua destilada (DW) sirvió de control. Se prepararon 48 especímenes en forma de disco (10mm × 2mm) de cada DBP y se sumergieron al azar en los diferentes medios de almacenamiento (n=12 en cada grupo). Las mediciones del color de las muestras antes y después de la inmersión en los limpiadores de dentaduras se realizaron con un espectrofotómetro (VITA Easyshade V). Los cambios de color se midieron y registraron en L* a* b*. Después de 120 d, se utilizó la fórmula CIEDE2000 para calcular los cambios de color (ΔE00). Para el análisis de los datos, se utilizó un análisis multivariante de la varianza (p<0,05). Los resultados del análisis estadístico revelaron diferencias significativas en el cambio de color de los DBP sumergidos en los distintos limpiadores de dentaduras (p<0,05). Los grupos PA y PK mostraron los valores más altos para todas las soluciones. AP-SH mostró el valor ΔE00 más alto en el grupo AP, no se encontraron diferencias significativas entre las demás soluciones. En el grupo HP, no hubo diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre los valores medios de ΔE00 de todas las soluciones. El uso diario a largo plazo de los limpiadores de dentaduras afectó a la estabilidad del color de todos los DBP, aunque el nivel de cambio de color fue aceptable. Se necesitan estudios de laboratorio y clínicos sobre la estabilidad del color del PEEK para confirmar los resultados de este estudio.

ABSTRACT

O objetivo desse estudo foi investigar as propriedades de superfície, estabilidade de cor e propriedades mecânicas de resinas acrílicas para base de dentadura do método convencional, processada por micro-ondas, fresada e impressa 3D diante de diferentes tempos de envelhecimento e imersão em bebidas corantes. Além disso, realizar uma revisão sistemática para avaliar e comparar, através de estudos de ensaios clínicos, próteses totais fabricadas pelo método CAD/CAM com fabricadas convencionalmente, em termos de tempo clínico, manutenção, retenção, estabilidade, eficácia mastigatória, satisfação e qualidade de vida. Um total de 480 amostras redondas (10 × 3,3 ± 0,03 mm) foram confeccionadas para avaliação das propriedades de superfície e estabilidade de cor, divididas entre os quatro grupos principais de resinas e subdivididas em quatro tempos de análise (T0, T1, T2 e T3) e bebidas corantes (água, café, vinho e refrigerante cola), resultando um n = 10 para cada subgrupo. Um total de 160 amostras retangulares (64 × 10 × 3,3 ± 0,03 mm) foram confeccionadas para avaliação das propriedades mecânicas, divididas entre os quatro grupos principais de resinas e subdivididas em quatro tempos de análise (T0, T1, T2 e T3), resultando um n = 10 para cada subgrupo. A revisão sistemática seguiu os Itens de Relatório Preferenciais para Revisões Sistemáticas e Meta-Análises (PRISMA) e foi registrada no Registro Prospectivo Internacional de Revisões Sistemáticas (PROSPERO) (CRD42022296907). A busca eletrônica foi realizada nas bases de dados PubMed/MEDLINE, Web of Science e Scopus até dezembro de 2021. A questão formulada para população, intervenção, comparação e resultado (PICO) foi "Pacientes reabilitados com próteses totais com tecnologia CAD/CAM apresentam parâmetros clínicos semelhantes aos pacientes reabilitados com próteses totais convencionais?". A resina fresada apresentou os melhores resultados das propriedades de superfície diante do efeito do envelhecimento, enquanto que a resina impressa 3D apresentou resultados semelhantes as resinas tradicionais. A resina de Impressão 3D apresentou não ter propriedades ópticas adequadas diante do efeito do envelhecimento, enquanto que a resina fresada apresentou as melhores propriedades. As bebidas corantes não alteraram as propriedades de superfície das resinas, entretanto afetaram suas propriedades ópticas, principalmente a resina de impressão 3D e a processada por micro-ondas. A resina de dentadura fresada CAD/CAM apresentou propriedades mecânicas semelhantes as resinas tradicionais, enquanto que a impressa 3D não apresentou propriedades mecânicas adequadas para uso clínico à longo prazo. As próteses do método de fresagem apresentaram melhor desempenho clínico que as próteses convencionais, em termos de qualidade de vida, satisfação, retenção, estabilidade, tempo clínico e custo, enquanto que as de impressão 3D não apresentaram diferenças. Ambos os métodos do CAD/CAM apresentaram não haver diferenças da eficácia mastigatória em relação as próteses convencionais(AU)


The objective of this study was to investigate the surface properties, color stability and mechanical properties of acrylic resins for denture base of the conventional method, processed by microwave, milled and 3D printed in face of different aging times and immersion in coloring drinks. In addition, carry out a systematic review to evaluate and compare, through clinical trial studies, complete dentures manufactured by the CAD/CAM method with those manufactured conventionally, in terms of clinical time, maintenance, retention, stability, masticatory efficiency, satisfaction and quality of life. A total of 480 round samples (10 × 3.3 ± 0.03 mm) were made to evaluate surface properties and color stability, divided among the four main groups of resins and subdivided into four analysis times (T0, T1, T2 and T3) and coloring drinks (water, coffee, wine and cola), resulting in n = 10 for each subgroup. A total of 160 rectangular samples (64 × 10 × 3.3 ± 0.03 mm) were prepared to evaluate the mechanical properties, divided among the four main groups of resins and subdivided into four analysis times (T0, T1, T2 and T3), resulting in n = 10 for each subgroup. The systematic review followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) and was registered in the International Prospective Registry of Systematic Reviews (PROSPERO) (CRD42022296907). The electronic search was performed in the PubMed/MEDLINE, Web of Science and Scopus databases until December 2021. The question formulated for population, intervention, comparison and result (PICO) was "Patients rehabilitated with complete dentures with CAD/CAM technology present clinical parameters similar to patients rehabilitated with conventional complete dentures?". The milled resin presented the best results of surface properties in the face of aging effect, while the 3D printed resin presented similar results to traditional resins. The 3D Printing resin did not have adequate optical properties due to the aging effect, while the milled resin showed the best properties. Coloring drinks do not change the surface properties of resins, but optical printing solutions, mainly 3D printing resin and microwave-processed resin. The CAD/CAM milled denture resin presented mechanical properties similar to traditional resins, while the 3D printed denture resin did not present adequate mechanical properties for long-term clinical use. The milling method prostheses showed better clinical performance than conventional prostheses, in terms of quality of life, satisfaction, retention, stability, clinical time and cost, while the 3D printing prostheses showed no differences. Both CAD/CAM methods showed no differences in masticatory efficiency in relation to conventional prostheses(AU)

ABSTRACT

There are many occupational risk factors in operating room work. Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) , as a kind of common bone filling and repairing material, is widely used in the fixation of artificial joints, oral braces and orthopedic prosthesis. However, PMMA will release methyl methacrylate (MMA) monomer when it is implanted into human tissues and polymerized to harden, which is toxic to the body. This paper analyzes harmful factors in using PMMA bone cement, and then explores corresponding occupational protection knowledge, in order to reduce the occurrence of occupational hazards related to PMMA bone cement and enhance the self-protection ability of the operation room medical staff.

ABSTRACT

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the clinical performance of two inlay-retained bridge designs (proximal shaped and inlay shaped) in single missing posterior teeth cases. Material and Methods: A total of 70 cases with missing single posterior teeth were included in this study and divided into two groups with a 1:1 allocation ratio (n = 35 for each group). Group 1 (the control group): this group received an inlay retained bridge with inlay design on both abutments. Group 2 (the intervention group): this group received an inlay retained bridge with a proximal box on both abutments. PMMA resin (YAMAHACHI PMMA) was used for the try-in stage and monolithic zirconia (Katana, Kuraray) was used for the final restorations. The restoration surfaces were treated using sandblasting and Z-prime S (Bisco) and the cementation was done by using self-adhesive resin cement (Bisco). Fracture, marginal adaptation, postoperative sensitivity, caries, and gingivitis were assessed using the modified United States Public Health Service for restoration clinical assessments (MUSPHS standards) over 12 months of follow-up. Results: The results show there was no significant difference between the two groups. Kaplan-Meier survival curve was constructed to calculate the mean survival estimates of the two groups and we found that the two groups were clinically successful during a one-year follow-up. Conclusion: Both designs of inlay retained fixed dental prostheses revealed successful clinical performance in terms of Fracture, marginal adaptation, postoperative sensitivity, caries, and gingivitis (AU)


Objetivo: O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar o desempenho clínico de dois modelos de ponte fixa por inlay (formato proximal e formato inlay) em casos de dentes posteriores perdidos. Material e Métodos: Um total de 70 casos com perda de um único dente posterior foi incluído neste estudo e dividido em dois grupos com uma razão de alocação de 1: 1 (n = 35 para cada grupo). Grupo 1 (grupo controle): Este grupo recebeu uma ponte fixa por inlay com deseho de inlay em ambos os pilares. Grupo 2 (grupo intervenção): Este grupo recebeu uma ponte fixa inlay com uma caixa proximal em ambos os pilares. Resina de PMMA (YAMAHACHI PMMA) foi usada para a etapa de try-in e a zircônia monolítica (Katana, Kuraray) foi utilizada para as restaurações finais. As superfícies das restaurações foram jateadas com Z-prime S (Bisco) e a cimentação realizada com cimento resinoso autoadesivo (Bisco). Fratura, adaptação marginal, sensibilidade pós-operatória, cárie e gengivite foram avaliadas usando o Serviço de Saúde Pública dos Estados Unidos modificado para avaliações clínicas de restauração (padrões MUSPHS) ao longo de 12 meses de acompanhamento. Resultados: Os resultados mostraram que não houve diferença significativa entre os dois grupos. A curva de sobrevida de Kaplan-Meier foi construída para calcular as estimativas de sobrevida média dos dois grupos e foi concluído que os dois grupos foram clinicamente bem-sucedidos durante um acompanhamento de um ano. Conclusão: Ambos os modelos de próteses dentárias fixas de inlay revelaram desempenho clínico bem-sucedido em termos de fratura, adaptação marginal, sensibilidade pós-operatória, cárie e gengivite(AU)

Abstract Objective To evaluate the better potential and functional results in pain control in the treatment of pathological fractures and prophylactic fixation with an intramedullary nail associated with polymethylmethacrylate, compared with the utilization of an intramedullary nail in long bone tumor lesions. Methods From January 2012 to September 2017, 38 patients with 42 pathological lesions (fractures or impending fractures according to the Mirels criteria) were treated surgically. Sixteen patients allocated to the control group underwent a locked intramedullary nail fixation, and 22 patients with pathological lesions were allocated to treatment with an intramedullary nail associated with polymethylmethacrylate. Postoperatively, the patients were submitted to the Musculoskeletal Tumor Society (MSTS) rating scale, radiographic assessment, and to the assessment of events and complications related to the treatment. Results The evaluation using the MSTS questionnaire showed better functional results in the group associated with polymethylmethacrylate, in comparison with the control group, which obtained an average score of 16.375 out of a maximum of 30 points (54.6%). The group studied with association with polymethylmethacrylate obtained a mean of 22.36 points (74.5%). The procedure proved to be safe, with similar complication and severity rates, and with no statistical difference in comparison with the standard treatment. Conclusion Stabilization of tumor lesions with an internal fixation associated with the polymethylmethacrylate demonstrated early rehabilitation and improved the quality of life, allowing rapid functional recovery. The use of polymethylmethacrylate has advantages such as reduced bleeding, tumor necrosis and higher mechanical stability.


Resumo Objetivo Avaliar o potencial melhor resultado funcional e controle álgico no tratamento de fraturas patológicas e fixações profiláticas tratadas com haste intramedular associada ao polimetilmetacrilato (PMMA) em comparação com o uso de haste intramedular em lesões tumorais em ossos longos. Métodos De janeiro de 2012 a setembro de 2017, 38 pacientes com 42 lesões patológicas (fraturas ou iminência segundo os critérios de Mirels) foram tratados cirurgicamente. Dezesseis pacientes submetidos a fixação com haste intramedular bloqueada foram alocados ao grupo controle e 22 pacientes com lesões patológicas foram alocados para tratamento com haste intramedular associada ao PMMA. No pósoperatório, foi realizada a submissão dos pacientes ao escore da Musculoskeletal Tumor Society (MSTS, na sigla em inglês) e à avaliação radiográfica do tratamento realizado, assim como à avaliação de intercorrências e complicações relacionadas ao tratamento. Resultados A avaliação através do questionário MSTS demonstrou melhor resultado funcional do grupo associado com PMMA quando comparado com o grupo controle, o qual obteve uma pontuação média de 16,375 em um máximo de 30 pontos (54,6%), enquanto o grupo em estudo com associação do PMMA obteve uma média de 22,36 pontos (74,5%). O procedimento mostrou-se seguro, taxas de complicações e gravidade semelhantes e sem diferença estatística quando comparado com o tratamento padrão. Conclusão A estabilização de lesões tumorais com fixação associada ao PMMA demonstrou reabilitação precoce e melhora na qualidade de vida, permitindo rápida recuperação funcional. A utilização do PMMA apresenta vantagens como diminuição do sangramento e da necrose tumoral e maior estabilidade mecânica.

ABSTRACT

Pacientes com históricos de defeitos ósseos provocados por infecções, malformação congênita, neoplasias, deformação por iatrogenia, radioterapia e trauma buscam contornos faciais mais harmônicos através da reabilitação cirúrgica. Para facilitar a reconstrução maxilofacial dois grupos de materiais podem ser utilizados, os enxertos ósseos e os materiais aloplásticos. O objetivo é relatar um caso incomum de infecção e exposição de material utilizado para enxertia a base de polimetilmetacrilato, bem como a sua posterior reabordagem cirúrgica. Embora o Polimetilmetacrilato aparente ser seguro, ele exibe complicações diversas em função da imunologia do hospedeiro, que poderá reagir de diferentes formas. Desse modo, faz-se necessário ressaltar a importância da prevenção e proservação de cada caso de forma individualizada(AU)

ABSTRACT

Abstract Cosmetic injections of fillers are common plastic surgery procedures worldwide. Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) is a filler approved only for minimally invasive procedures in facial tissue and is among the most frequently used injectable substances for cosmetic purposes. Injection of a large volume of PMMA may lead to the development of severe hypercalcemia and chronic kidney damage in a probably underestimated frequency. In such cases, hypercalcemia develops due to a granulomatous foreign body reaction with extrarenal production of calcitriol. In the present report, we describe the cases of two patients who received injections of large volumes of PMMA and developed severe hypercalcemia and advanced chronic kidney disease. These reports highlight the importance of adhering to regulations regarding the use of PMMA and properly informing patients of the possibility of complications before undertaking such procedures.


Resumo Injeções de preenchimento de caráter estético são procedimentos comuns em cirurgia plástica em todo o mundo. O polimetilmetacrilato (PMMA) é um material de preenchimento aprovado apenas para procedimentos minimamente invasivos no tecido facial, e está entre as substâncias injetáveis mais frequentemente usadas para fins estéticos. A injeção de um grande volume de PMMA pode levar ao desenvolvimento de hipercalcemia grave e lesão renal crônica em uma frequência provavelmente subestimada. Nesses casos, a hipercalcemia se desenvolve devido a uma reação granulomatosa de corpo estranho, secundária à produção extrarenal de calcitriol. No presente artigo, descrevemos os casos de dois pacientes que receberam injeções de grandes volumes de PMMA e desenvolveram hipercalcemia grave e doença renal crônica avançada. Esses relatos destacam a importância de seguir as regulamentações sobre o uso do PMMA e informar adequadamente os pacientes sobre a possibilidade de complicações antes de realizar tais procedimentos.

Objective: To determine the cytotoxicity and effects of graphene oxide (GO) on cellular proliferation of gingival-fibroblasts, pulp-dental cells and human osteoblasts in culture, and to determine the physical, mechanical and biological properties of poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) enriched with GO. Material and Methods: The GO was characterized with SEM. Cytotoxicity and cell proliferation were determined by the MTT bioassay. The physical mechanical tests (flexural strength and elastic modulus) were carried out with a universal testing machine. Sorption and solubility were determined by weighing before and after drying and immersion in water. Porosity was evaluated by visual inspection. Data were analyzed with Student's t-test and Tukey's posthoc ANOVA. Results: The GO has a heterogeneous morphology and a particle size of 66.67±64.76 µm. GO has a slight to no-cytotoxicity (>50-75% viability) at 1-30 days, and at 24 hours incubation of PMMA with GO significantly stimulates osteoblasts (45±8%, p<0.01). The physical and mechanical properties of PMMA with GO increase considerably without altering sorption, solubility and porosity. Conclusion: GO alone or with PMMA has an acceptable biocompatibility, could contribute to cell proliferation, cell regeneration and improve the physical mechanical properties of PMMA.

Objective: The aim of the study was to fabricate and morphologically characterize ultrafine Polyetherimide fibers (PEI) associated with Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) ­ PP (group formed by the association of PEI with PMMA), produced by the electrospinning process. Material and Methods: A solution of PEI (0.562 g) + PMMA (0.377 g) dissolved in 2.5 mL of chloroform, 0.85 mL of Dimethylformamide (DMF) and 0.85 mL of 1.1.2.2 Tetrachloroethane (TCE) was prepared. For the electrospinning process, different continuous voltages (10 to 18 kV) and two different distances (8 and 12 cm) between the needle tip and the collecting apparatus were used, giving rise to 6 distinct groups of ultrafine fibers (PP 1 to 6) that were observed in Scanning Electron Microscopy to check for defects and calculate the average diameter of the fibers. Results: The best parameter, the parameter that was most effective for the production of fibers, observed was subjected to Energy Dispersion X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Contact Angle Analysis tests. The data were analyzed using the ANOVA and Tukey test (p <0.05). From the comparative analysis of the pre-established parameters, the pattern of PP4 ultrafine fibers was shown to be more effective. Conclusion: The PP4 standard (13 kV ­ 12 cm) had an average diameter of 0.37 µm. An adequate parameter to electrospinning was able to produce ultrafine fibers of PMMA/PEI (AU)


Introdução: O objetivo do estudo foi sintetizar e caracterizar morfologicamente fibras ultrafinas de Polieterimida (PEI) associadas ao Polimetilmetacrilato (PMMA) - PP (grupo formado pela associação de PEI com PMMA), produzidas pelo processo de eletrofiação. Material e Métodos: Foi preparada uma solução de PEI (0,562 g) + PMMA (0,377 g) dissolvido em 2,5 mL de clorofórmio, 0,85 mL de Dimetilformamida (DMF) e 0,85 mL de 1.1.2.2 Tetracloroetano (TCE). Para o processo de eletrofiação, foram utilizadas diferentes tensões contínuas (10 a 18 kV) e duas distâncias diferentes (8 e 12 cm) entre a ponta da agulha e o aparelho coletor, dando origem a 6 grupos distintos de fibras ultrafinas (PP 1 a 6) que foram observados em Microscopia Eletrônica de Varredura para verificar defeitos e calcular o diâmetro médio das fibras. Resultados: O melhor parâmetro, o parâmetro mais eficaz para a produção de fibras, observado foi submetido aos testes de Espectroscopia de Dispersão de Energia (EDS), Difração de Raios X (DRX) e Análise do Ângulo de Contato. Os dados foram analisados pela ANOVA e teste de Tukey (p <0,05). A partir da análise comparativa dos parâmetros pré-estabelecidos, o padrão das fibras ultrafinas PP4 mostrou-se mais eficaz. Conclusão: O padrão PP4 (13 kV - 12 cm) apresentou diâmetro médio de 0,37 µm. Um parâmetro adequado para eletrofiação foi capaz de produzir fibras ultrafinas de PMMA / PEI. (AU)

Abstract Denture adhesives need complete removal due to their frequent replacement. Objective Our study investigates the removal of denture adhesives from denture base materials, using different methods. Methodology PMMA and Polyamide denture base materials were used to fabricate 120 samples (15×15×1.5mm). One side of the samples was left as processed and the other polished with a usual procedure, hydrated for 24 h, dried, and weighted. They received 0.2 g of three adhesive creams on their unpolished surface (Corega, Olivafix, Fittydent), pressed on polysulfide material, stored under 37°C and 95% rel. humidity for 1 h and 60 of them, following their separation from polysulfide base, brushed under running water, whereas the rest inserted in a cleanser bath (Fittydent Super) for 5 min. The samples were dried and inserted in the oven (37°C) for additional 10 min and weighted again. Roughness tests of denture materials and light microscopy of adhesives creams were also used to evaluate the materials. Time lapse images of spayed with water adhesives on PMMA base were also taken to evaluate the volumetric changes of adhesives. Weight data before and after adhesive removal, indicating the amount of remaining adhesive, were statistically analyzed using Welch's ANOVA and Games-Howell multiple comparisons tests at α=0.05 level of significance. Results Roughness of Polyamide was higher than PMMA and Fittydent showed greater volumetric changes than the others. Significant differences (p<0.05), were found between PMMA and Polyamide bases, between Olivafix and Fittydent adhesives, and between brushing and cleansing methods but only for PMMA-Olivafix combination. Conclusions Adhesives showed a stronger adherence to PMMA surface, and Fittydent was the most difficult to be removed. Removal methods were not effective for all adhesives or denture base materials. These indicate that removal methods, adhesive type and denture base material are all playing a significant role in the removal of adhesives from denture surfaces.

ABSTRACT Purpose To analyze and compare the reactions at the interface between the composite, composed of fragmented heterologous mineralized bone matrix (MOMHF) and polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), and the rabbit's tibias, through macroscopic evaluation and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) in different periods. Methods In this study, 12 New Zealand adult rabbits were used (E1: n = 3, E2: n = 3, E3: n = 3 and E4: n = 3). They had the right tibial defects filled with composite and were evaluated immediately after surgery and at 30, 60, 90, and 120 days. Results The composites were incorporated and integrated into the recipient beds in 100% of the cases, defined by the MOMHF osseointegration and the PMMA fibrointegration, with no sign of infection, migration, or rejection. Conclusions The behavior of the composites in the recipient beds demonstrates that these biomaterials have the potential to be used in bone defect repairs, offering, thus, better quality of life to the orthopedic patient.

ABSTRACT

A aplicação de selantes de superfície poderá ajudar na diminuição da degradação superficial dos blocos de PMMA para CAD/CAM frente aos desafios de absorção de água, variação de temperatura e desafio erosivo causada pelo suco gástrico (frequente em pacientes com refluxo gastroesofágico (DRGE) ou bulimia. Contudo, poucos estudos na área odontológica foram realizados com essas variáveis, sendo necessário o aprofundamento sobre o assunto. Diante disso, o objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar o impacto de diferentes selantes de superfície (Biscovel LV e Palaseal) na preservação das propriedades mecânicas de polímero de PMMA para CAD/CAM, submetidos a termociclagem (T1 - 5.000 ciclos, de 5 e 55oC ; T2 ­ 10.000 ciclos, de 5 e 55oC) e desafio erosivo (DE1 - imersão em HCl 5% (pH=2,0) durante 45 horas e DE2- 91 horas), por meio da rugosidade de superfície (Ra), microdureza Knoop (MK), resistência flexural (RF) e módulo de elasticidade (ME). Foram confeccionados 90 espécimes quadrados (10x10x3 mm) para as análises de Ra e MK e 180 espécimes retangulares (25x2x2mm) para as análises de RF e ME. Os espécimes foram divididos em grupos (n=10) de acordo com o tratamento de superfície e envelhecimento. Os polimentos realizados foram: PA - pontas de borracha Astropol; PA+SB - polimento com PA + aplicação de selante de superfície Biscover LV e PA+SP - polimento com PA + aplicação de selante de superfície Palaseal. As análises foram realizadas após os tratamentos de superfície e após os períodos dos envelhecimentos. Os dados obtidos foram submetidos ao ANOVA (2 fatores), teste Bonferroni (α=0,05) e a análise de regressão linear simples. Na análise de Ra, em todos os períodos de termociclagem o grupo PA obteve os maiores valores de Ra e PA+SP os menores, com diferença significativa entre eles (p< 0.05). De acordo com a análise de regressão linear, todos os grupos apresentaram tendência linear crescente. Já após DE1 e DE2 os três grupos diferiram estatisticamente entre si (p< 0.05), sendo classificados em ordem crescente de rugosidade em PA+SP < PA+SB< PA. O grupo PA+SP manteve os valores de Ra no decorrer dos períodos de análises. Para RF, ocorreu diminuição significativa dos valores de RF do grupo PA após T1 e T2, diferindo estatisticamente dos demais grupos (p< 0.05). O desafio erosivo diminuiu de forma significante (p< 0.05) os valores de RF dos grupos PA e PA+SP após DE1 e, do grupo PA+SB após DE2. Não houve diferenças significativas nas análises de MK e ME, independente dos tratamentos de superfície e envelhecimentos. Conclui-se que os selantes de superfície foram capazes de preservar a rugosidade de superfície e resistência flexural de polímero de PMMA para CAD/CAM submetidos a termociclagem ou desafio erosivo(AU)


The application of surface sealants can help to reduce the surface degradation of PMMA blocks for CAD/CAM in the face of water absorption challenges, temperature variation and erosive challenge caused by gastric juice (common in patients with gastroesophageal reflux (DRGE) or bulimia. However, few studies in the field of dentistry have been conducted with these variables, requiring a more in-depth look at the subject. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of different surface sealants (Biscovel LV and Palaseal) on the preservation of mechanical properties of PMMA polymer for CAD/CAM, subjected to thermocycling (T1 - 5,000 cycles, from 5 and 55oC; T2 - 10,000 cycles, from 5 to 55oC) and erosive challenge (DE1 - immersion in 5% HCl (pH=2.0) for 45 hours and DE2-91 hours), through surface roughness (Ra), Knoop microhardness (MK), flexural strength (RF) and modulus of elasticity (ME). The Ra and MK analyzes and 180 rectangular specimens (25x2x2mm) for the RF and ME analyses. Specimens were divided into groups (n=10) according to surface treatment and aging. The polishes performed were: PA - Astropol rubber tips; PA+SB - PA polish + application of Biscover LV surface sealant and PA+SP - polish with PA + application of Palaseal surface sealant. Analyzes were performed after surface treatments and after aging periods. The data obtained were submitted to ANOVA (2 factors), Bonferroni test (α=0.05) and simple linear regression analysis. In the analysis of Ra, in all thermocycling periods, the PA group had the highest values of Ra and PA+SP the lowest, with a significant difference between them (p< 0.05). According to the linear regression analysis, all groups showed an increasing linear trend. After DE1 and DE2, the three groups differed statistically from each other (p< 0.05), being classified in ascending order of roughness in PA+SP < PA+SB < PA. The PA+SP group maintained the Ra values throughout the analysis periods. For RF, there was a significant decrease in the RF values of the PA group after T1 and T2, differing statistically from the others groups (p< 0.05). The erosive challenge significantly decreased (p< 0.05) the RF values of the PA and PA+SP groups after DE1 and of the PA+SB group after DE2. There were no significant differences in the MK and ME analyses, regardless of surface treatments and aging. It was concluded that the surface sealants were able to preserve the surface roughness and flexural strength of PMMA polymer for CAD/CAM submitted to thermocycling or erosive challenge(AU)

Objetivo:Avaliar in vitro a atividade de Staphylococcus aureus e Candida albicans em bases de próteses convencionais à base de polimetilmetacrilato de metila com nanopartículas de prata incorporadas a sua composição. Métodos: Foi realizado um estudo experimental laboratorial com resinas acrílicas autopolimerizáveis comercialmente disponíveis, Vipi Flash/VIPI e JET/Clássico. Foram confeccionados 80 corpos de prova, divididos em 16 grupos (n = 5), referentes ao tipo de resina, tratamento (incorporação e imersão na solução de nanopartículas de prata) e microrganismo inoculado. As nanopartículas foram sintetizadas com ácido polimetacrílico, nitrato de prata e irradiadas com luz ultravioleta de baixa potência (~8W) por 6 horas, e as suas concentrações idealizadas pelo método de microdiluição em placas para determinação da concentração mínima inibitória frente aos microrganismos selecionados. Verificou-se ação bactericida e fungicida com concentração inicial de 25% e após fator de diluição 12,5%. Resultados: Houve dificuldade de incorporação das nanopartículas na resina acrílica, que pode decorrer da alteração da proporção 3:1 recomendada pelo fabricante ou pela redução ou inativação da ação da nanopartícula de prata pela interação com o polimetilmetacrilato. VIPI com inclusão de nanopartícula obteve menor aderência de biofilme de Candida albicans. Conclusão:A nanopartícula de prata mostrou-se eficaz na sua ação de controle de Candida albicans e Staphylococcus aureus no método de imersão, entretanto, a sua ação antimicrobiana foi comprometida após inclusão nas resinas acrílicas.


Aim:To perform an in vitro evaluation of the activity of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicansin conventional prosthesis bases, based on methyl polymethylmethacrylate with silver nanoparticles incorporated into the composition. Methods: An experimental laboratory study was carried out using commercially available self-curing acrylic resins, Vipi Flash/VIPI and JET/Clássico. Eighty specimens were manufactured and divided into 16 groups (n = 5), referent to the resin brand, treatment (incorporation and immersion in the silver nanoparticle solution), and inoculated microorganism. The nanoparticles were synthesized with polymethacrylic acid and silver nitrate, and were irradiated with a low power (~ 8W) ultraviolet light for 6 hours. Their concentrations were idealized by the method of microplate dilution to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration when compared to the selected microorganisms. Bactericidal and fungicidal activities were identified with an initial concentration of 25% and a subsequent dilution factor of 12.5%. Results:It was difficult to incorporate the AgNPs into the acrylic resin, which may well have resulted from the change from the 3:1 proportion recommended by the manufacturer or by reducing or inactivating the action of the silver nanoparticle by interaction with polymethylmethacrylate. VIPI with the inclusion of nanoparticles obtained a lesser Candida albicans biofilm adherence. Conclusion: Silver nanoparticles were effective in controlling Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus in the immersion method; however, the antimicrobial activity was compromised after inclusion in acrylic resins.

ABSTRACT

Abstract Thiourethane additives have been shown to improve properties in several dental polymer applications. The aim of this study was to verify the effect of the addition of thiourethane oligomers and acrylamide or isobornyl-based plasticizers on the physical properties of the denture base acrylic resin polymerized with microwaves. Thiourethane oligomer (TU) was synthetized and added to microwaved acrylic resin in proportions varying between 3 and 14 wt%. Separate experimental groups included the addition of dimethyl acrylamide (DMAM) and isobornyl methacrylate as plasticizers, at concentrations varying from 5 to 20 wt%. Samples were polymerized using microwave energy at 500 Watts for 3 min, deflasked at room temperature, stored in water at 37 °C for 24 h, and evaluated for: linear dimensional change, gloss, Knoop hardness, surface roughness, impact strength, yield strength, elastic modulus, toughness, yield strength, viscosity, glass transition temperature and network heterogeneity, and water sorption/solubility. Data were analyzed with ANOVA/Tukey's post-hoc test (a=5%). The addition of TU led to properties that were similar or worse than the materials to which it was not added, except for dimensional stability. The impact on properties was statistically significant for all materials above 20% addition of TU. The addition of DMAM at 5 wt% or isobornyl methacrylate at 10 wt% improved yield strength and modulus, but increased water sorption and solubility. Except for dimensional stability, the addition of thiourethane oligomers to acrylic denture base materials compromised most tested properties. The use of DMAM and isobornyl methacrylate improved properties for selected compositions.


Resumo Aditivos de tiouretano demonstraram melhorar propriedades de polímeros em diversas aplicações. O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar o efeito da adição de oligômeros de tiouretano, monômeros de acrilamida ou baseados em funcionalidade isobornil na propriedades físicas de bases de dentadura de acrílico polimerizadas em micro-ondas. O oligômero de tiouretano (TU) foi sintetizado e adicionado à resina acrílica em proporções variando de 3 a 14% em peso. Dimetil acrilamida (DMAM) e isobornil metacrilato (IBMA) foram adicionados em formulações separadas como plastificantes em concentrações variando de 5 a 20% em peso. As amostras foram polimerizadas usando energia de micro-ondas (500 Watts oor 3 min), desincluídas da mufla a temperature ambiente, armazenadas em água a 37°C por 24 h, e submetidas aos testes de: alteração dimensional linear, brilho, dureza Knoop, rugosidade superficial, resistência ao impacto, tensão normal de escoamento, módulo de elasticidade, tenacidade, viscosidade, temperatura de transição vítrea e heterogeneidade da rede polimérica, além de sorção de água e solubilidade. Os dados foram analisados com ANOVA e teste de Tukey (a=5%). A adição de TU não afetou ou diminuiu todas as propriedades, exceto pela estabilidade dimensional. O impacto nas propriedades foi estatisticamente significante para todos os materiais em concentrações acima de 20% de TU. Isso pode ser explicado por um encurtamento das cadeias e diminuição do empacotamento das cadeias lineares do PMMA. A adição de 5% de DMAM ou 10% de isobornil metacrilato melhoraram a tensão de escoamento e o módulo, mas aumentaram a sorção de água e solubilidade. Exceto pela estabilidade dimensional, a adição de oligômeros de tiouretano à bases de dentatura compostas por resina acrílica prejudicou todas a propriedades testadas. O uso de DMAM e isobornil metacrilato melhorou as propriedades para composições selecionadas.

ABSTRACT Introduction: Orthodontic treatment for adults is currently increasing, and therefore the need to bond brackets to restorations and temporary crowns. The use of CAD/CAM PMMA provisional restorations for orthodontic purposes have not yet been described, and there is currently insufficient information regarding the strength of bracket adhesion. Objective: This study aimed at evaluating the effects of thermocycling (TC) and surface treatment on shear bond strength (SBS) of brackets to different provisional materials. Methods: Forty specimens were made from each material [PMMA (Telio Lab), bis-acryl (Telio CS C&B), and PMMA CAD/CAM (Telio CAD)], sandpapered, and divided according to surface treatment (pumiced or sandblasted) and TC (half of the samples = 1,000 cycles, 5°C/55°C water baths) (n = 10/group). Stainless-steel brackets were bonded to the specimens (using Transbond XT), and SBS testing was performed. Data were analyzed by three-way ANOVA and LSD post-hoc tests (α = 0.05). Failure types were classified with adhesive remnant index (ARI) scores. Results: SBS values ranged from 1.5 to 14.9 MPa. Sandblasted bis-acryl and sandblasted auto-curing PMMA groups presented similar values (p> 0.05), higher than the CAD/CAM material (p< 0.05), with or without TC. When thermocycled, pumiced bis-acryl showed higher SBS than pumiced acrylic (p= 0.005) and CAD/CAM materials (p= 0.000), with statistical difference (p= 0.009). TC showed negative effect (p< 0.05) for sandblasted bis-acryl and pumiced acrylic groups. ARI predominant score was mostly zero (0) for CAD/CAM, 1 and 2 for bis-acryl, and 1 for acrylic groups. Conclusion: In general, bis-acryl material showed the highest SBS values, followed by acrylic and CAD/CAM materials, which showed SBS values lower than an optimum strength for bonding brackets.


RESUMO Introdução: Atualmente, a demanda por tratamento ortodôntico em adultos tem aumentado. Consequentemente, também tem aumentado a necessidade de se colar braquetes em restaurações e coroas provisórias. O uso de restaurações provisórias de PMMA CAD/CAM com finalidade ortodôntica ainda não foi descrito e, até a presente data, não há informação suficiente sobre a resistência da colagem dos braquetes a esse tipo de material. Objetivo: O presente estudo teve como objetivo avaliar os efeitos da termociclagem (TC) e do tratamento de superfície sobre a resistência da colagem ao cisalhamento (RC) de braquetes colados em diferentes materiais provisórios. Métodos: Quarenta espécimes foram confeccionados de cada material: resina acrílica PMMA (Telio Lab), resina bisacrílica (Telio CS C&B), e PMMA CAD/CAM (Telio CAD). Em seguida, foram lixados e divididos de acordo com o tratamento de superfície (polidos ou jateados) e TC (metade da amostra - 1.000 ciclos de imersão em água a 5°C e 55°C) (n = 10/grupo). Braquetes de aço inoxidável foram colados aos espécimes (utilizando Transbond XT) e realizou-se o teste de RC. As informações foram analisadas por meio dos testes ANOVA de três vias e post-hoc LSD (α?#8197;= 0,05). Os tipos de falha foram classificados de acordo com os escores do índice de adesivo remanescente (ARI). Resultados: Os valores de RC variaram de 1,5 a 14,9 MPa. Os grupos de resina bisacrílica jateada e de PMMA autopolimerizável jateado apresentaram valores semelhantes (p> 0,05), superiores ao do material CAD/CAM (p< 0,05) com ou sem TC. Quando submetido à TC, o grupo de resina bisacrílica polida apresentou resistência ao cisalhamento maior do que os grupos de resina acrílica polida (p= 0,005) e do material CAD/CAM (p= 0,000), com diferença estatística (p= 0,009). A TC apresentou efeito negativo (p< 0,05) para os grupos de resina bisacrílica jateada e de resina acrílica polida. O escore ARI = 0 foi predominante para o grupo CAD/CAM; os escores 1 e 2, para o grupo resina bisacrílica; e o escore 1, para o grupo resina acrílica. Conclusão: De forma geral, a resina bisacrílica apresentou os maiores valores de RC, seguida da resina acrílica e do material CAD/CAM, que apresentaram valores de RC inferiores à força recomendada para colagem de braquetes.
